WHY I STARTED ONLINE FITNESS COACHING
Hello, my name is Matt and I’m passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. My journey into fitness coaching began with my own struggles. Years ago, I was stuck in a cycle of ineffective workouts, confusing diet plans, and constant frustration. I felt lost and overwhelmed by the vast amount of conflicting information available. After much trial and error, I discovered the principles that actually work, leading me to transform my own body and health. This success ignited a desire to help others navigate their fitness journeys without the frustration and confusion I experienced. That's why I became an online fitness coach – to share proven strategies and support others in achieving their best selves.
